How to Feel the Joy of Learning (A Quix Tip)

  1. Pick something you’re trying to learn.
  2. Pick people you admire who already do well what you want to learn.
  3. Track them – observe them as closely as you can.
  4. Let your mind relax and imagine your body is a sponge, soaking up the wisdom.
  5. When you feel pressure to learn, back off until you…
  6. Feel the joy of learning.
  7. Celebrate that the learning is coming more from joy than pressure.
  8. Remember that joyful learning will last longer and go deeper than if coming from pressure.
