The most optimistic story wins – a Quix Tip

“If you’ve heard this story before, don’t stop me, because I’d like to hear it again.” - Groucho Marx

Brain researcher Howard Gardner found that the most optimistic candidate wins Presidential elections. Here is a Quix Tip to make a story in your life more optimistic.

  1. Look at a situation that is somewhat challenging in your life.
  2. Examine what story you’re telling yourself about the situation.
  3. Change the story. Make it more optimistic.
  4. Live your new story to the happy ending.
